Based off of the Sera Myu or Sailor Moon Musicals version of Saturn. I used some of my own creativity with some fan art pictures that I thought were gorgeous to come up with the design of this cosplay (notice the slight differences from the production costume) I don't have the purple boots yet as I'm saving up for them come July I plan to order them just in time of Otakon this year.
